Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day! Woohoo! Sadly, I still had a half-day... *sigh* Ah well. It wasn't too bad. Lucia lost her voice over the weekend because she was sick, so she had to use a little notebook to help her out! Poor Lucia! I hope your voice gets better by Saturday (piano exam)! So anyways, we first took our reading quiz on Chapter 1 in The Upstairs Room. Then, we went to Technology where we did keyboarding again. UGH. It is so boring!! :( Then, Lucia, Gabi, and I headed to TAG, where as usual, Alison forgot her intro... hm, let's see, how long has it been? Since last year, or so? AHH!!! I just know that we aren't going to finish in time, and yet, we aren't even TRYING to finish! We're just like, "Oh, hm. Okay. La-di-da..." Hmph.
Let's see, after TAG... oh yeah! We worked on our MVP (most valuable person) essays. I'm either doing my grandma or my mom... not really sure... We worked on that for about 20 minutes, and then we went to Math. Math was just plain boring. Nothing interesting really happened. Same as usual, you know? Then, we had art. During art, we watched this movie about this artist (I forget his name!!) and it's pretty interesting, but... strange. Especially his mustache! (HAHA, LUCIA AND JOANNE!) After art, we went back to the classroom and had science. We finished up our worksheets about the formula for mass and percentage and stuff. Apparently, we have a QUIZ on it this Friday. I better study up! And that was pretty much my day. Oh yeah, I also had my piano lesson this afternoon, but nothing really important there... :D Yup, that's about it!

Wow, this is a pretty long post! I'm kind of proud of myself! ;) Hehe, just kidding!!

It's Saturday! And not just any Saturday! Today, I got my contacts!! omggosh. Isn't that amazing? That's what I just did this morning. It took soooooooo long to get the contacts in! At first, it was really hard; I couldn't get them in because they either kept folding or falling off my finger. Then, once I got them both in, I had to practice taking them out and putting them back in. It looks so easy when my mom does it, but it's actually not! When we left, we headed to McDonald's. Yum! Right now, I'm back home. Later, I am going to start studying for my Chinese final exam that is tomorrow. Ugh, I wish I didn't have to go! Oh well. ;D

I know, I know, I haven't posted in a loooooooong time. But here I am! :)
Anyway, I just finished my Chinese homework for tomorrow, and now, I am going to begin working on my other school homework (Crash reading response, Spelling Unit 8, art project, etc.). By the way, LUCIA: For the new spelling format, are we allowed to do some of the stuff online, like the crossword puzzle and stuff? Just making sure... :D
